I think retirement communities are awesome. It's a great place for people who share the same interests to meet and interact with each other. Due to the high cost of maintaining a house, my parents decided to sell their house and just rent their own place in Charlotte retirement homes. My parents absolutely love the neighborhood, they get to enjoy the available amenities and try new hobbies. Of course, I don't forget to bring along my children whenever I visit mom and dad in one of the most exclusive adult communities. Charlotte, NC indeed is the perfect place to retire.
